Buy Game Room credits
Your players buy their play balance from you, and that balance starts as credits on your side. Here is exactly how a top-up works, from the first message to seeing the balance in your backend.
How a top-up works
- Send us a WhatsApp or email with your agent username and how many credits you want.
- We reply with the current rate and the payment details.
- You pay. All orders are prepaid.
- We confirm the payment and add the credits to your account.
- You check the new balance in your backend.
How many credits should you buy?
Look at your last week. Add up all loads, take away redeems, and you have your real weekly use. Buy enough to cover that plus a small buffer for busy nights. New agents should start small and grow orders as they learn their demand.
Planning refills
- Pick a "low point", for example a quarter of your usual weekly use.
- As soon as you dip under that line, send us a message.
- Weekends and holidays are busy. Refill before them, not during.
Keeping proof of payment
Save the payment receipt and our confirmation message together. If a question comes up later, both sides can see the same proof in seconds.
New to Game Room?
Before your first order, ask for an empty account so you can see the system. The distributor page explains the first week, and the admin panel page shows how to give credits to sub-agents.
Buy Credits questions
What is the current rate?
It is 6%, with a minimum load of 5,000 points. We confirm before you pay.
Can I pay after I receive credits?
No. All orders are prepaid.
How long until credits show?
Usually soon after payment is confirmed. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Can I buy a small amount first?
Yes. Starting small is a good idea while you learn your demand.
What details do you need?
Your agent username and the amount you want. Never send us your password.
