Game Room admin panel explained

The admin panel is the control room behind your shop. Here is how to set it up so staff can help you without putting your balance at risk.

What you control from the panel

Beyond loading players, the panel lets you change your own account details, create sub-agent accounts, decide what each person can do, and review who did what. Small shops may only use a few of these tools. Bigger operations use all of them every week.

Setting up your account first

  1. Change the starting password we gave you to one only you know.
  2. Check your display name. Players and sub-agents will see it.
  3. Look at your balance and history so you know where to find them later.

Sub-agents and staff

A sub-agent is a separate login under your account. You give it credits from your balance, and it loads its own players. This lets a helper work without ever seeing your main login.

Good habits with sub-agents

  • Give each helper their own sub-agent login. Never share one between two people.
  • Start them with a small credit amount and add more as trust grows.
  • Check their history once a day for the first few weeks.
  • If someone leaves, disable their login the same day.

Permissions

Some panels let you choose whether a sub-agent can redeem, create players or only load. If you are not sure what your account allows, ask us and we will check the options with you. The safest start is load-only for new staff.

Keeping the panel secure

  • Never post screenshots that show your login or link in public groups.
  • Do not let players watch your screen while you work.
  • If you think someone knows your password, change it and tell us.
  • Be careful with messages asking you to "verify" your account on another site. We will never ask for your password.
We only reset agent passwords after we confirm who is asking. This keeps your credits safe even if someone tries to pretend to be you.

Reading the activity log

The log shows every action with a time and the login that did it. When a number looks wrong, the log tells you if it was you, a sub-agent or a player cash-out. Use it with the daily routine on the backend page.

Growing beyond one shop

If you want your sub-agents to become full agents with their own supply, read the distributor page. If you want the panel to talk to your own website, see API integration.

Admin Panel questions

How many sub-agents can I create?

It depends on your account. Message us and we will tell you what your setup allows.

Can a sub-agent see my main balance?

No. A sub-agent only sees the credits you gave it.

What do I do if a staff member leaves?

Disable or change their login the same day and check their last actions in the log.

Will you ever ask for my password?

No. We never need your password to help you.

Can I move credits back from a sub-agent?

Usually yes. Ask us if you cannot see the option in your panel.
